Trellis drying Dyed cloth and Tilikum Crossing

After a fabulous 2.5 days of learning to dye fabric in Central Oregon, I rinsed the last half day's dyed fabric and wished for a nice clothesline like the one at Helen's place to hang my fabric on to dry.  And there it was, the unused bean trellis in our garden, the perfect place to hang the fabric to dry!  
The "Bridges of Portland" quilt project of the WestSide Modern Club at The Pine Needle in Lake Oswego has me paying special attention to our bridges.  I signed up to make a quilt inspired by the St. Johns Bridge.

A new bridge, not part of the project, is currently under construction.
Here are some photos of Tilikum Crossing, the transit bridge being built across the Willamette, from Portland's Eastbank Esplanade near OMSI.
